Booking and purchase conditions contain limitations and exclusions of liability to any person(s) who books and/or takes any of the holidays and/or travel arrangements advertised on this Website. Cancellation and amendment charges are payable if a booking or other purchase is cancelled or amended after it has been confirmed. DOTW is a business to business (B2B) company and does not serve or deal with the end consumer utilizing the booking (“Consumer(s)”). If you are a Consumer - any query pertaining to your booking must be made before the travel agent with whom the booking has been made. DOTW is not responsible in any manner and under any circumstances for any loss, damages, fines, penalties, fees, or payments of any kind that you may incur as a result of bookings made with a travel agent. Whilst DOTW considers adequate travel insurance to be essential for Consumers, Consumers must contact their respective travel agents for such insurance related queries and for issues pertaining to passport and immigration/visa requirements, information pertaining to health formalities, times and places of immediate stop and transport connections including contact details of persons and corporations connected with the booking. As a B2B company, DOTW does not solicit inquiries from end Consumers.

Although care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information on this Website, DOTW assumes no responsibility therefore, ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE".
